  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Ceramic coating and detailing

  • Decals, prints, wheels, suspension, and collision-related customization services

As part of our services, customers may receive SMS messages related to appointments, service updates, customer support, and promotional communications when consent is provided.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any service — including opting in to SMS communications — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Services

  • All estimates and quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if additional work is required.

  • Any services not explicitly listed in the original quote may result in additional charges.

  • Timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to vehicle condition, material availability, or workload.

4. Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service.

  • All balances must be paid in full before vehicle release.

  • Kleen Kustoms reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is completed.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must disclose any prior damage, paint defects, aftermarket paint, or existing wraps before service.

  • Kleen Kustoms is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor paint quality, or previous bodywork.

  • Customers agree to follow all care and maintenance instructions provided after service completion.

7. Warranty and Limitations

  • Kleen Kustoms guarantees professional installation and workmanship at the time of service.

  • No warranty is provided for damage caused by accidents, misuse, environmental exposure, improper care, or third-party interference.

  • Any claims regarding workmanship must be reported within 10 days of service completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleen Kustoms LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

  • Damage caused by external factors beyond our control

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

9. Vehicle Storage

  • Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees.

  • Kleen Kustoms is not responsible for vehicles left on the premises beyond a reasonable timeframe after service completion.

10. Use of Images and Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers grant Kleen Kustoms permission to use photographs or videos of their vehicle for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Kleen Kustoms LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Kleen Kustoms LLC, which may include appointment reminders, service updates, customer support messages, and promotional communications.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 786-550-7011.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
