3. Estimates, Quotes, and Services

4. Payments

All balances must be paid in full before vehicle release.

Kleen Kustoms reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is completed.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must disclose any prior damage, paint defects, aftermarket paint, or existing wraps before service.

Kleen Kustoms is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor paint quality, or previous bodywork.

Customers agree to follow all care and maintenance instructions provided after service completion.
7. Warranty and Limitations

Kleen Kustoms guarantees professional installation and workmanship at the time of service.

No warranty is provided for damage caused by accidents, misuse, environmental exposure, improper care, or third-party interference.

Any claims regarding workmanship must be reported within 10 days of service completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleen Kustoms LLC shall not be liable for:

9. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees.

Kleen Kustoms is not responsible for vehicles left on the premises beyond a reasonable timeframe after service completion.
10. Use of Images and Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers grant Kleen Kustoms permission to use photographs or videos of their vehicle for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Kleen Kustoms LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.
